Online Check-in

The web check-in is open 24 hours prior to departure and is until 1 hour prior to departure available. You only need your booking reference‚ which you can find on your booking confirmation. Afterwards‚ print out your boarding pass or download it on your mobile phone.

Please note that online check-in is not available for flights leaving Marsa Alam and Prishtina.

Self Bag Drop

Don't feel like waiting? No problem!

Right next to our counters in Check-In 2 in row 5, you can now check in your baggage yourself. Simply check in online and drop your luggage at the machine from 23 hours before departure. All you have to do is get your baggage label and off you go.

The counters are open daily from 04:00 - 20:00. If your departure is early in the morning, you can check in your luggage the day before and start your travel day deeply relaxed.

Bulky baggage such as baby carriages, sports baggage or similar cannot be checked in at the Self Bag Drop.

Check-in at the Airport

At Zurich airport the check-in can be found at check-in 2 row 5.

For all other destinations please check the airport information boards on the day of your departure.

We open our counters 2,5 hours before departure. Check-in closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure of your aircraft. Should the passenger fail to show up on time‚ the passenger is not entitled to travel.

To receive your boarding card‚ please present the following documents at the check-in counter:

• Booking confirmation
• Valid official photographic identification
• Any documentation required for international flights
• Any required documents‚ for example medical certificates or documents for animals you are flying with

ATTENTION: Passengers flying from Beirut to Zürich are kindly requested to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.

Late night check-in is possible on all flights ex Zurich

Pre-evening check-in is possible daily between 19:00 - 21:00. For passengers with a Comfort fare this is free of charge; for all other passengers over 2 years a fee of CHF 10 per person will be charged. Prerequisite for dropping off baggage for Basic and Flex fare tickets is booking the option "Check-in the evening before" during the booking process. Of course, the option "Late night check-in" can also be made after completing the booking under "Manage booking" with the booking no. and last name, or if no booking no. is available, via the following link.
